There can be a number of reasons for that. I for one think that any constant state of emotion is an unhealthy imbalance, In every life a little rain must fall. To appreciate happiness there needs to be a contrast of sorrow. To much of either is a mental illness as with bi-polar individuals or severely depressed persons.
I consider all emotions valid and necessary as long as they can be passed through and dealt with like civilized human beings. Suppressing them is dangerous. Take the time you need to get through it.
There are as many nights as days, and the one is just as long as the other in the year's course. Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happy' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.

id say its a stage in life from this i can tell that maybe you are about 15yrs old right? if i am then dont be worried its a stage in life most gals go through when we get all moody and just want to be by ourselves..u'll get over it nothing alarming though so dont be too stressed about it..or maybe it could be that you are about to have your menstrations (thats if you still havent gotten em yet)

I'm guessing it's the Holiday Let Downs..... the End of the year Blues the beginning of a New Year without much promise unless you change something in your life.... allot of people get the "winter blues"
