This, I believe is true. I believe everybody wants to go to Heaven, but the physical death or the mystery of the after life can cause one to dread dying.

Heaven is a real place described in the Bible. The word heaven is found 276 times in the New Testament alone. Scripture refers to three heavens. The Apostle Paul was “caught up to the third heaven", but he was prohibited from revealing what he experienced there (2 Corinthians 12:1-9). If a third heaven exists, there must also be two other heavens. The first is most frequently referred to in the Old Testament as the "sky" or the "firmament," which appears as an arch that is spread over our earth. This is the heaven that contains clouds, that rain falls from, and that birds fly through. The second heaven is the interstellar space, which is the abode of supernatural angelic beings and celestial objects (Genesis 1:14-18). The third heaven, whose location is unrevealed, is the abode of the Triune God. God's plan is to fill heaven with believers. No wonder the word heaven is interchangeable with eternal life! Jesus promised to prepare a place for true Christians in heaven (John 14:2). Heaven is also the destination of Old Testament saints who died trusting God's promise of the Redeemer (Ephesians 4:8). Whoever believes in Christ shall never perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). The Apostle John was privileged to see and report on the heavenly city (Revelation 21:10-27). John witnessed that heaven possesses the "glory of God" (Revelation 21:11). This is the Shekinah glory or the presence of God. Because heaven has no night and the Lord is the light, the sun and moon are no longer needed (Revelation 22:5). The city is filled with the brilliance of costly stones and crystal clear jasper. Heaven has 12 gates (Revelation 21:12) and 12 foundations (Revelation 21:14). The paradise of the Garden of Eden is restored: the river of the water of life flows freely and the tree of life is available once again, yielding fruit monthly with leaves that "heal the nations" (Revelation 22:1-2) However eloquent John was in his description of heaven, the reality of heaven is beyond a finite man's imagination to describe (1 Corinthians 2:9). Yet it is more real than this earth, which will pass away. Heaven is a place of "no mores." There will be no more tears, no more pain, and no more sorrow (Revelation 21:4). There will be no more separation because death will be conquered (Revelation 20:6). The best thing about heaven is the presence of our Lord and Savior. We will be face to face with the Lamb of God Who loved us and sacrificed Himself so that we can enjoy His presence for eternity.

we as humans fear death because we were not design to die according to the Bible (Psalms 37:11) which says the meek ones themselves will possess the earth that is what we were created to do possess the earth called paradise. (Rev 20:6) says what those in heaven will be doing ruling as kings, priests, Judges not partying in heaven.

That's because God put eternity into our hearts. We were not made to die. Adam passed death to us. However, God is going to restore his original purpose and create a beautiful paradise earth where only righteous people will live forever. Ps. 37:9,10

It's really both an amusing and a sad line, when you think about it. A number of different religions teach people that when they die, they're bound for the heavenly paradise where the streets are paved in gold, and they'll enjoy eternal bliss and other yada, yada, yada. But when it comes down to it, if someone is going to die or is in a position in life where dying is a real possibility, they're going to fight and rail against death by any and all costs. You'll find that to be the case more often than not. So really, they're not buying into the "you're going to heaven" teaching, otherwise they'd have no problem with dying.
On the other hand, when I read that line, I personally have to disagree because I have no desire to go to heaven. And what I know from God's Word the Bible is that very few humans are actually given that gift of heavenly life. God will reward the vast majority of his faithful ones with the kind of life all of humanity was originally meant to enjoy, that of eternal life here on the earth in perfect health and in paradisaic surroundings. That is going to be a reality, and that's the reality I want to be a part of, not the one of going to heaven.

Well it would be true, but not everyone does want to go to heaven, because not everyone believes in heaven.
Death is inevitable, something each of us face, some sooner than others.

People who do not want to die are afraid of the unknown. Regardless of my beliefs, I would choose heaven over hell. I would rather eat fruit and sing all day then cry in torment.

It is an old saw, and does not reflect truth. After this life generally comes death. (only two people have gotten out alive so far) Heaven is a result of accepting the "marriage" contract with YHVH. take His name, follow His rules, you become part of His "bride" and He saves you in the end. If you choose not to accept life, then you will die in the lake of fire that removes sin and sinners so Messiah can make this world new, and very good. there is no eternal torment.

Sure. We want it all, but are we gonna actually do what it takes to get there? hell no... we want the easy life cause Adam and Eve fugged it up for us. We are lazy, cheap and fat. think about that for a bit.
