In a capitalist society, we are taught that we need to be productive all the time. It is about what we do, not who we are.
If doing the above was genuinely relaxing for you then who cares? It's your time - spend it without guilt.
If you feel you could have done something that would make you happier, try to think creatively about that. It need not have objective "value" - helping you learn or being generally "good" - just something that is pleasant for you.

it's perfectly okay to give yourself permission to take a day off or two... but not doing anything for 7 days seems like a waste of good free time. you don't have to feel guilty about it, but next time plan some quality/productive time - go hiking, boating, swimming, SHOPPING (even if you are just window shopping) - get out and get some fresh air... you'll feel better (not guilty).

It is your vacation to do what you want with. If that means all the things you did and you were relaxed and enjoyed them, then I see no problem with it.
