Which martial art, capoeira or kickboxing gives u the better workout?

Capoeria, it uses allot of core strength just look it up on youtube and see for yourself.

Kickboxinh morer ealistic and I've never came out of a class w/o being soaked in sweat

From a cardio standpoint I think kickboxing would and I also think it would give you better skills with which to defend yourself. Capoeira from what I have seen requires a lot of agility, athleticism, and muscle and tendon strength just like gymnastics. I would think that art would develop those things more and give you a better workout in them if you have some athletic ability to begin with but not do as much for your cardio system so its really a toss-up.

It's highly dependent on how hard the schools are, but on the basis of functional strength, I'd go with Capoeira.

And no I'm not biased: I've taken both in my life.

Capoeira because it requires a lot of flexibility. Work this more, make you stronger, more flexible, faster....

from experience muay thai gives you the best workout.
