Two statements on the nature of God. Neither is superior. Which do you prefer?
"Every Living thing is part of the Mind of God"
"God is the sum total of every living thing."
They might seem to mean the same, but there are subtle differences.

Hmmm....I would say The Great Entity is the Purest Holy Spirit.

His creation thereby is variants of pure and impure, the Good and the carnal, the awakened and the unconscious.....

Yes, the difference is not so subtle. The first infers a slight subjection to his demanding creation, the second accords him Power and jurisdiction over the aforesaid same.

God is both immanent and transcendent. Therefore, both statements are somewhat true, but, I prefer to think of God this way: The sum total of every living thing is divine--mass/energy, life, free will are --divine as the negations of not-God, or, Immanence. On the other hand, not---not-God, is a logical affirmation of God, or, the God separated from Immanence-- Transcendent God.

Neither one is true. God is God.

He is the creator of every living thing. The creator and the created cannot be the same.

People assume all of creation is in this microscopic single universe which is only one of an infinite number of much older and more sophisticated universes or dimensions. This tiny universe is but one expression of the Creator. The universe is not god, and god is not the universe. Again the universe is a mere expression of the Creator, who is in fact also God.
