I, frankly, don't know--but I think it's possible.

No, I don't think it will happen in 2008; however, I do believe that it will happen soon. Looking at the destruction going on around the world and the superficial hatred and evil that many people direct toward others, things are happening just as predicted in the Bible, in the book of Revelations.

So, like you, I do think it is possible (really it's more PROBABLE), but not in 2008. I can say that I don't think it will be far away though.

Give him enough time. Don't hurry him up.

Jesus, being perfect, will not have to appear again in the flesh on the earth.
From the prophecy of Daniel 9:25, a date can be reckoned as to when Jesus is enthroned as King of God's kingdom.

CALCULATING THE “SEVEN TIMES”
“Seven times” = 7 X 360 = 2,520 years
A Biblical “time,” or year = 12 X 30 days = 360. (Rev. 11:2, 3; 12:6, 14)
In the fulfillment of the “seven times” each day equals one year. (Ezek. 4:6; Num. 14:34)
Early October, 607 B.C.E., to December 31, 607 B.C.E.= 1/4 year
January 1, 606 B.C.E., to December 31, 1 B.C.E. = 606 years
January 1, 1 C.E., to December 31, 1913 = 1,913 years
January 1, 1914, to early October, 1914 = 3/4 year
Total: 2,520 years
So in fact Jesus 'returned' in 1914.

He stated he would return...as in the clouds...]

Can anything be seen in clouds?

747's cannot, even though you know they are there by their effects.
You can know that Jesus is back by ther fact that Bible knowledge is being distributed worldwide.
Need I name the group?

Sure it's possible. No one knows the day. I believe the next thing to happen will be the rapture of the church, Jesus returning to take His people out of the world. However, if you are speaking of the second coming, there are many other things that need to happen before that.

He's already here. It's just that some of us don't take the time to look.

The bible says ,no one knows the day or the hour, not even Jesus himself knows, but we all must be prepared,Like in the time of Noah no one was prepared for the rains to come, and just like we are today ,people carried on with their lives not knowing before it was too late,The Lord will return ,and we must be ready,He will come like a thief in the night, And i personally am looking forward to the awsome time, of his comming. We still have a chance to be saved, today is the day and now is the hour.God say,s even the vilest offender who truly believes will be pardoned ,we are all equall in his sight.

I am a Muslim; my religion, Islam, also believes that Jesus Christ (MPUH) is going to come.

However, the world or, rather, the people will have to sin more for the Almighty to send him down to restore order.

As more and more people are dwelling in the world-of-sinning, the time is approaching for his, Jesus Christ's, arrival.

Till, then, await for him and keep on praying to the Almighty for all humans to live a peaceful life.

Can you do it? Pray?

The Lord can return at any moment. The Bible says we don't know when it will be. The good news is that people still have time to turn to Him.
