I have seen if two people come into agreement that after the agreement is agreed upon they must recite surat al Fatiha to make the agreement binding.

Surely there is unity in all creations of the Lord, they just don't get it yet and rather fight about some immaterial unnecessary things instead of seeing that.

No, because they're not completely sure if they're agreeing to the same thing. It's too diluted of a gesture and understanding to be complete synchronicity.
