I am a believer in God

I'd like to emphasize something:

You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Jesus is not one of those "gods" but God in the flesh. He and the Father are one. He says to his disciples, "If you have seen me than you have seen the father for I and my father are one."

Hardly because Jesus worshiped his Father, Jehovah. Jesus only approved that worship.

Again you see the hard-headed adherence to the trinity. clearly against all the Bible stands for, still bopping them upside the head with a 2x4 just to get their attention would probably still not work.

Jesus had not made it to earth by this time....but Michael the Archangel was probably the angel that led the Israelites through the wilderness.
But when Jesus was anointed and people started putting faith in him as the Messiah...they would not be worshiping "other gods" for Jesus pointed a direct path for us to follow ...straight to Jehovah God.

The person giving that commandment to Moses...was the supreme being creator who would be Ya'shua Messiah. Lemme splain. People often wonder where Jesus was all this time and why didn't He make Himself known before 2000 or so years ago. Here's what people fail to recognize...

Jesus says here:

John 1:17-19
17For the law was given by Moses (by here means through), but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
18NO MAN HAS SEEN GOD at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

1 Timothy 6
13I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate WITNESSED a good confession; (That confession is found in this verse John 18:33)
14That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
15Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
16Who ONLY HATH IMMORTALITY, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

Matthew 28:20
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

There is no such concept of God taught in the Bible as the Trinity. There is the Godhead of Father and Son who share the same Spirit and are ONE as the Word of God states time and again...

Matt 22
42Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David.

43He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit (most of Psalms was written by David as in spirit he wrote the thoughts of Christ) call him Lord, saying,

44The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

45If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?

46And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

This verse states that if the Messiah were just the linage of David, a man, then how could David call Him, the Messiah, God also? Because David knew that He was both God and man in the person Ya'shua Messiah. Messiah (or Christ) means annointed. Annointed with what? The Holy Spirit. Writers of the Bible give the Holy Spirit a personage in referrring to the Spirit as "He". That is because God's Spirit is of Him and of His Son so that when the comforter comes to us it is Him..."it", the Spirit is God...the Father and Son. That is why we are to recieve the truth of Jesus and confess it before we can be born again. Who do you say Jesus is? Well, most mainstream christian doctrine would have you confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Does that say enough? After all, Lord simply means master. A master can have a master if he were one put in charge of things. The Bible calls Christ, Lord of Lords and King of Kings...so who is higher? None. He and the Father are One and so there is none Higher. The mystery here that took me years of study to conclude is that Jesus Christ is Lord while being true...doesn't go far enough. The name gives the understanding.

Jesus (Ya'shua) means I AM Salvation
Christ (Messiah) means the Annointed One
is
Lord (Ya'hovah) I AM that I AM.

Essentially you have just discovered what so many Christians miss....the divinity of Jesus Christ. He is indeed God. Always has been God, always will be God. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and gave Moses His 10 commandments summing them up by 2 others that were also giving in Deut and Lev. He is Lord (God) of the Sabbath. He was the one that hung with Adam and Eve in the garden. Told Noah how to build the boat. Visited Abraham in his tent, wrestled with Jacob in the dessert and was with Daniel in the Lions den and the 3 in the fiery furnace:

Daniel 3:25
He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Jesus is the Word. It was through Him, by Him and for Him that all things were made. It is through Him and His spirit that we live, move and have our being. When you believe in God..you believe in Him as He is One with the Father and the Holy Spirit they share. It is what the human family was designed after. Just as human child is born of a human father, Father God is self-existant and eternal just as His Son is self-existant and eternal. That is what the name "I AM" means....self-existant and immortal. I hope this helps you in your faith as much as it has for me. Love in Christ, ~J~

Remember..."Every knee will bow, every tongue confess...that Ya'shua Messiah is Ya'hovah." I'm starting early so I can get a good seat. ;0)

"...Thy holy Servant Jesus, whom Thou didst anoint,..." (Acts 4:27 - New American Standard Bible). This leaves no room for doubt that Jesus was a `Servant of God'. Besides, there are other verses which declare Jesus; God's Servant.

Jesus never claimed to be GOD

And behold! God will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Did you say unto men, 'worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of God?'" He will say: "Glory to you. Never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, You would indeed have known it. You know what is in my heart, though I know not what is in Yours. For you know in full what is hidden. The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 5, Verse 116

They do blaspheme who say "God is the Christ the son of Mary." But Christ said "O Children of Israel! Worship God, (who is) my Lord and your Lord." Whosoever joins other gods with God - God will forbid him the Garden, and the fire will be his abode... They do blaspheme who say "God is one of three in a Trinity". For there is no god except One God. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemers among them." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 5, Verses 72-73.

The Ten Commandments in the Quran

Islam (Submission to the will of God) is the same and only religion ever given to the human race. It is the religion of Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, David, Solomon, Jesus, Muhammed and all the other messengers mentioned or not mentioned in the scripture. The Ten Commandments as we see them here are not any more than the same message given to the prophet Muhammed . See the following table.

The Ten Commandments
(Exodus 20: 1-17 & Deuteronomy 5: 6-21)
1 Thou shall not take any god except one God
2 Thou shall make no image of God.
3 Thou shall not use God's name in vain
4 Thou shall honor thy mother and father.
5 Thou shall not steal.
6 Thou shall not lie or give false testimony.
7 Thou shall not kill.
8 Thou shall not commit adultery.
9 Thou shall not covet thy neighbors
wife or possessions
10 Thou shall keep the Sabbath holy.

or to attain credibility among the people. (2:224)

4 ....and your parents shall be
honored. As long as one or
both of them live, you shall
never say to them, "Uff"

nor shall you shout at them; you
shall treat them amicably. (17:23)

equitable, and observe GOD, when you serve as witnesses, even against yourselves, or your parents, or your relatives. Whether the accused is rich or poor, GOD takes care of both. everything you do.[4:135]

7 ....anyone who murders any person who had not committed murder or horrendous crimes, it shall be as if he murdered all the people. (5:32)

God, however ,ordered us to make every
effort and drop all businesses to attend the
congregational (Friday)prayer. The Submitters

Yup!!! He is! Christians managed to BS their way past GOD's law though by saying that Jesus is GOD's avatar on Earth. Of course, none of this crap is supported by Christ's words, just the gospel according to Paul, or as I prefer to refer to him more accurately, the anti-Christ.
