What does vision of horses in Zachariah1:8 means & also about the promissed blessing in Haggai 2:17-19 means??

If you read furthger on, you will note a period of seventy years is mentioned.
This matches the seventy years that the Jews were in captivity in Babylon.
The red horses are symbolic of punishment by Jehovah God for their failure to be obedient.
