Also, dont worry about sex until you are about 18 years old. 13 is far too young to fully understand sex.

Don't be so pushy. Here in America, most girls aren't like that. And the one's that are...well you don't want them. Get to know her first by talking to her. Then things will slowly start to work out maybe.

Firstly you dont even go up to a person (or even call her) to tell her you want to be more than friends when you're hardly even friends with her to begin with. You hardly know her and you're already thinking of sex? Besides, you're only 13 and you're already thinking of sex. I wouldn't be surprised if she actually threatened to get her father to the phone.
