i cant make my pictures bigger because it became blurd especially when i tried to stretch it........ so, how? where? can i make it big..................

Alienskin.com has a program called Blow Up...only about $200. Cheaper to shoot a larger file in the first place.

As I understand it you do the right things but indeed blowing up pictures results in loss of quality.
There are some fractal clients on the market that can 'restore' the quality of a blown up picture by 'inventing' what intermediate pixels should look like but for an experiment this would be a bit expensive. There is a free trial for some though (I linked one below)
But who knows. You may find it a great invention:
