I will try to get my drivers license tommorrow after waiting about 7 months with my permit. The problem is that, while I was driving with my permit, i got a seat belt violation. I know it says in the handbook while teens have a permit, they cannot get in any accident or violation. Can i still pass my test? Also do i have to pay off my fine today, or can i do it after the test? Thanks =D

I just took my driving test. They allowed me to take it, however, they my driving evaluator saw the violation and asked me about. After that I failed by like 25 marks. X( I guess the violation technically let me take the test, but left me with a horrible first impression which led to my failure.

Best bet is to pay the ticket then go to the dmv to get your license. That way if they say something you can show them the receipt they will give you once you pay the ticket

I would pay the fine first. I would also make sure you will be able to take the test since you have a violation.
