Apparently from the news on TV.... it's Deep Fried Turkey!!!

Honestly? Yeast breads. It's hit or miss if they turn out for me. I have thought about making authentic tamales, but 2 day's prep seems like too much work so I've never tried.

Probably the hardest thing to cook at home would be......

a Humpback Whale. obviously because it will take forever to cook it. Or.. a elephant, elpachabra (not sure about the spelling), a poisonous fish.

A turkey dinner with ALL of the side dishes to go with it because it takes FOREVER to cook it all! :-(
