"How does the US try to justify the ... cold bloodend murder of Saddam Hussein?"
We don't have to justify it. He was killed for crimes against humanity, which included his murdering thousands of Kurds.
"Saddam Hussein was murdered by the US ..."
Nope, he was sentenced and hung by Iraqis

He was put to death by his own people. for charges of murder and genocide....simple really, even in America he qualified for the death penalty legally. Premeditation, Actus Reus, Mens Rea....all the elements or "corpus delecti" of the crimes for capital punishment in the USA were there.

Hallo Troll!
Saddam Insane was tried by his own country men, the charges were mass murder of the Kurds and use of weapons of mass destruction against them, W.M.D. also refers to chemical & Biological agents. Mustard Gas falls into this category.
He was also a dictator and responsible for the Invasion of Kuwait, it would have been nice to see his sons swing alongside him but they were taken out while running away, pity!!
He was hung rather amateurishly by his own people, and goodbye to bad rubbish!!

Wow, for one, the US didn't try or execute him. There wasn't even any Americans in the room that he was executed. It was all Iraqis that did it.
And as for why he was put to death... crimes against humanity for killing thousands of kurds who opposed his rule.

The United States had nothing to do with the Murder of Saddam Hussein. He was killed by his own country for his crimes.

The United States troops found Saddam Hussein hiding in a hole in the ground, arrested him, and then turned him over the the government then in place in Iraq. They, the Iraq government, not the USA, tried him for crimes against humanity--killing thousands of his own people--found him guilty--and hung him for those crimes.
Your reasoning, evidenced by your own words, tells all what you are, and its too late for you to try and hide behind your disclaimer now.

He was tried, convicted, and executed in his country by his people. What is your problem with that?

On November 5, 2006, Saddam Hussein was found guilty of crimes against humanity and sentenced to death by hanging.
You are ill informed. WMD's were not a topic for the trial and the US was not trying him. He was charged with massacring many people and was proven guilty in an Iraqi court of law.
Quoth Wikipedia "Specific charges included the murder of 148 people, torture of women and children and the illegal arrest of 399 others.["
Its kind of like you know why he was really executed, but wanted to piss people off and stir up Americans by saying that Saddam was wrongly executed by the US? Go figure.

Sadam Hussein all but boasted about having wmd and then defied UN security council resolutions for years, throwing out weapons inspectors in the process.
He tortured, mass murdered and gassed his own people.
After we invaded and toppled his murderous regime, he was tried, convicted and justly hanged like the criminal he was, all by his own people.
I don't feel sorry for him at all.

Nobody cares about Saddam Hussein. He was weak. If he was Osama Bin Laden, He would be alive and running Iraq with no US aggression. USA doesn't need to justify anything except why those of us with brains allowed those of us without to elect an imbecile into the top spot
