its in my right nostril and everytime i touch my nose i twinge...oh yes its tender...my fingers are to big to get in my nose so idk what to do

Leave it alone, it will subside in time, and you could cause an infection by trying to get rid of it.

Put an icecube on it to deaden the pain and stick it with a sterlixed needle if it has a white head make sure you get all the stuff out and yes it will hurt. then put peroxide and salt on it.then order you some proactive it will take a little bit to get there.if its bigger i guantee you didn't get it all out so you make sure thats it all out!!!!!!!!they have these bump geterouters they work a bobbie pinworks to just remember to sterlize everything and stick it with a straight pin

If it's in your nose then it's not a pimple.

use hair pin & pop it then dip a q-tip into some peroxide and apply it to the site where you popped the pimple. That should help it heal quickly.
