I have a 7 week old Westie. Tonight I was playing with him and I noticed one eye was looking right at me and the other was looking outward...It could be either eye that does this. Is this normal?

It's called a "wonky eye". This is usually caused by poor breeding. It's when one eye is looking foward making eye contact with you and the other is turned outward. Can be either eye. Theres nothing that can be done to fix it. The dog isn't affected by it. It just looks weird. I just wouldn't breed your dog otherwise it can be bred down to the offspring.

No,it's not normal. He could have a genetic defect, "divergent strabismus," which is usually caused by bad breeding, but not always. You need to have him checked out by a vet,of course.
