Ask a doctor.
Cancer can be caused by any number of things, one of which is smoke (weed smoke, cigarette smoke, bbq smoke, it don't matter what kind of smoke).
Only a doctor can properly diagnose cancer. Yahoo answers isn't going to help you determine that.

Scientific clinical study confirms that the smoke from weed is far more toxic than cigarette smoke. There are also studies done that indicate that some of the ingredients in weed are beneficial in the treatment of cancer. The public, unfortunately, hears only that weed may be beneficial . . but never hear the part that smoking it . . putting it directly into the lungs is what is places you at risk. If you are concerned about lung cancer or any cancer . . common sense would indicate that inhaling and placing anything foreign into your lung . . is not 'good' for you. Still, remember that smoking weed places you at risk . . and yes that risk could lead to lung cancer or other respiratory diseases.

Weed does not give you cancer, neither does tobacco. Its nicotene that give you cancer. You are fine.
Weed helps your eyesight, so you probably have better vision!

That is very doubtful. There are carcinogens present, but you would have to smoke marijuana daily (and many times also) for many years to develop cancer, just as tobacco smokers do.

Yes, there's always a possibility. The best way to find out if you have cancer is to go to the doctor's.

Any time you ingest smoke or other carcinogen into your lungs, you increase your risk of lung cancer. You are probably fine, but if you are worried, go and have it checked out.

I would totally doubt that. I would say that if you're having trouble breathing, maybe you have some asthma and the weed isn't helping it.
