it is often said that a man understands the woman when he can diffrentiate between the "No" that means really "No" or the "No" that means "Yes".
For example, a guy would ask a girl if she wants to share an ice cream with him, and she says "No". We guys, most of the times, take your word and understand that the girl didn't want that it. Later on, to our surprise, we find out that she was upset because we didn't insist.
Now, it can happen with food, sex, money, selecting tv channels or a song on radio ..etc you name it.

No means No. If I say no for anything then I mean it, these mind games that some girls are playing with girls is one of the biggest reasons that others are getting raped or abused. It is such common knowledge that a no can mean yes that men think that any no means yes and that is wrong! So for anyone who is doing this or use to do this think again before you try to play mind games again, you just might be the reason that another girl was raped because she said no and the man took it for a yes.

Unless you know that the girl is "playing" around with you (joking like", no always means no. Girls who say no to things you offer and then get mad later when you didn't "insist" are not mature. You should probably find a girlfriend who is more mature. You only get things when you ask for them. If you don't, don't expect them.

Watch the body language, except when emotions are involved, because at that point, it's difficult to tell.

Okay, it's pretty hard to answer because it depends on the girl.
If she says no to something that you know she doesn't want to do. If she says no to something that she MIGHT want, ask again. LOL
food - ask again.
money - ALWAYS OFFER GOD DAMN IT :)
sex- always "no" if she says "no"
tv channels - "no" means "no"
etc.

Try this: When she says "no" but you think she might mean "yes", ask her, "you said 'no', but do you want to be convinced, or is that a really firm 'no'?"
Believe her reply.
RE:sex - if she says 'no' then if you proceed it is RAPE. Be careful and considerate and DO NOT proceed.
