I need help on a very difficult situation?

So me and this girl were very very tight, (lets have her name be jill) but she lives in a different town, we were thinking about going out when a girl that ive been seeing for over a year (lets say her name is sally) that lives here asked me back out after we had been broken up because of me and jill getting tight. so i said yes to sally but the only condition was i couldnt talk to jill anymore, now its 1 year later and ive still talked to jill off and on but never much and im still with sally, but im getting this feeling where i want 2 know what would've happened between me and jill and ive started talking 2 her more and telling her my feelings about her cause i still care 4 her very much. Me and sallys relationship is great but i still wonder what couldve been. Jill hasnt really told me how she feels, but she has said that she kinda wonders what could've been but i dont know what to do. i want 2 b with sally but i want to know about jill but im not really suppost 2 b talking w jill

and if i told sally that i was talking with jill she would break up with me, so i dont know what to do. it hurts so bad and i just dont know what to do.

Lie to yourself much? Really, inorder for you to even care about what could of been with jill that HOPE would actually be more intense then the hope with sally. SO stop your bs, its not going to work here, you went with the "for sure thing" because you were tired of waiting on jill, its only complicated because of the bs you tell yourself. You have a better friendship with jill then you've ever had with sally and your coping with that by keeping a reach on jill very, very, very cold on your current relationship and yourself, that would actually be emotional cheating. Ouch. Personally I couldn't tell you how to sort thru this mess, technically, by the truth of the heart, your going to loss both, such is the nature of it......
