i ssaw a man touch a child who was a girl she was around.12. years old . and he was i would say about.19. he touched this girl on her behind she told her mom but she did nothing where her mom was going with him . who do i contact on this isnt this against the law where he grabbed her on her ***. .she told a child she knew and he was saw by .3. other adults

contact the police and give thm the.3. adults names. and give them his name and also let the know the mom. did nothing to inform the law on this matter they take it from there . my opion?

Contact the police and inform them of what you saw. I would also let them know the 3 adults who also witnessed the act. The police will more likely than not ask you and the adults to give statements about what you've seen. Then the police usually handle it from there. But you NEED to report it! This type of thing cannot go on and if the mother is not doing anything about it, she could be charged with risk of injury to the child. You should def tell the police about the mother not doing anything about it, too. A mother who lets something that disgusting to happen and does nothing to change it or protect her child does not deserve to be a mother.

to the cops. it's not necessarily a 911 emergency but don't hesitate to report this. if u know any of the witnesses encourage them to back up the story. other than that i think thats all u can do.

If mom doesn't want to look out for her baby girl, contact pops' if he's in the picture. If you can locate the offender call the police and tell them the situation. Try to locate the other people who saw what happened, and ask if they are willing to go down on the report as witnesses. Keep in mind that depending what state you live in, only the parents of the child can sign complaints to affect the arrest.

my friend got touched by a guy once and
it does count as sexual abuse ( we have to go
to court)
