can i ever drive in my new state?

i lived in a different state than i am in now. ny drivers licence is suspended in another state- can i get one in my new state or do i have to fix it in the state i came from

i have a new name and new ssi number- due to domestic violance. dmv knows my new name not my new ssi number- how do i get around this

Either way if your license is suspended you cant drive. :(
