ive been speaking to a lady for a time .she says shes in nigeria and the hospital wont give her the passport till she pays 850 the doc. name and number where not legitamit but the hospital claims she was a recent patient that owes 850 . but is this a scam by two different people .how do i get in touch with a legitamit law enforcement there .

They're trying to rip you off. If you really feel you need to blow $850 then e-mail me through Y! Answers and I'll tell you where to send the money........... My son's daycare bill is due on January 2nd.
