I am Non Resident Indian Citizen working in gulf as accountant I want to work in New Zealand. I want to know can I get easily work permit form Fiji. Please help me and guide me if any body form Fiji please me contact me.

An Indian citizen can easily get a New Zealand work permit in its embassy in Fiji if qualified.

only if you are LEGALLY living in fiji, then yes you can apply from there. But be warned that things may be tense between NZ and Fiji due to unstable governments. Fiji has had a number of mutinies and military takeovers. Colonel Ra(m)buka in 1987 and George Speight in 2000 and most recently Frank Bainimarama in 2006.
