Ducks may be the worst of all. If there are several male ducks and only one or two females the males often kill them if there is nowhere that they can hide.

Yes.
Many species of monkeys and apes. The female displays hostility and unwillingness and the male overpowers her. Often you can see the same signs in an ape that you can see in a human, depression, listlessness, fear, etc. Some females who have been raped attempt to kill the fetus as well, or neglect the child when born.
Some species also routinely kill the offspring of others, for instance in the case of a male having impregnated two females, the more dominant female will kill the offspring of the weaker one. Also, male chimpanzees regularly kill off the children of the previous Alpha male when they take control of the troop.

No it isn't rape with animals, just sexual instinct. Only humans can rape in the true sense of the word as it's a question of morals. Even human morals have evolved concerning rape; not too long ago it was considered impossible for a husband to 'rape' his wife because she belonged to him for him to do as he wished anyway.

Yes, there are occasions when social animals will not only rape but will break other social rules.
Edit:
This also applies to a lesser extent to various individual.
An example of social break down is when rats become overcrowded, rape increases, mothers will eat their children and other social traits are discarded.
Edit 2: If you are really interested in a semi definitive answer, ask this in the biology section, or talk to a professional biologist.

I lived in a house with a LOT of cats when I was younger. One time I saw an older male rape a kitten. Needless to say I was shocked.

Sure, in a way. I've seen a poor ***** in heat that was ganged by about 20 male dogs. I tried to save her but I couldn't get in there. It isn't about power though, it is about a mating instinct that they don't really have control over. With people it is intentional to cause harm, and that is the difference.

Not only that, but some apes will prostitute themselves out for food an protection.
Dolphins and primates both mate not only for reproduction, but for pleasure too. Dolphins even exercise a form of birth control. Good thing they don't have thumbs!

None, since rape is a legal term and animals can't give legal consent. Just as an animal that kills another animal of its own kind would not be defined as murder.
