Did you have anything withheld for federal income tax? If so you should get all of that back. You'd also be eligible for an Earned Income Credit of around $1450.

If you only made $3,600 you will not have any tax liability at all. Any income taxes withheld will be refunded. You'll get an EIC of around $1,450 refunded to you as well.

Did you leave out a zero somewhere? Whatever you paid in, you'll get back. How are you surviving on 36 hundred?
