I watched some of it on YouTube. I was laughing too, but not in a gleeful way. I just turned it on the TV,thanks for the heads up.

What I have found is that this is a rather legalistic form of Christianity. They are seemingly militaristic, and I hope that there children will respond to God in a good way when they grow up.

But as I have seen, not everyone is going to be saved, and if it works out the same way, many of these kids will never really know God, they will just react the way they have been taught, and say what they were taught to say.

I know that God enters into all things to work His good, and I know that is what God will do with these kids, and everyone else's kids.

Everybody must be watching tonight. Yes I found funny parts. The fat gal telling the kids in the first scene they need to learn how to go without food. And then later she is speaking in tongues and says carne asada.. which is a Mexican dish (she was probably hungry). But anyway, even though I find humor (oh gosh Ted Haggart.. he wass faaaabulousss) But mostly I found it sad and scary and depressing. Child abuse, brain washing, terrorism. We have to watch out what these kids will become. But I grew up in a fundy church, most of the kids my age became drugs addicts and/or atheists. No joke. I feel bad for these poor kids. Such brilliant minds wasted. And I believe in God, no atheist here, but this is disgusting really. That cow of a lady pastor should be ashamed. Where is her husband by the way? Just wonderin'

I have to say I was shocked when the lady said that Harry Potter would have been killed in Jesus' time couse he was a warlock/wizard. I am not sure she realized that Harry Potter is a child. what a good person she must be..

I really feel a little sorry for those kids. Being Christian and all is a good thing yes, but do they really need to make the kids feel bad caused they have 'sined'.. ?

I went to youtube to watch it, this shyt is so odd and crazy. The one girl who was commanding the damn bowling ball. Yes I found it very funny. The "pledge of allegiance to the 'CHRISTIAN' flag." This should be considered child abuse.

Edit: What the hell is up with the woman(big)in black talking about Harry Potter. LOL. This is weird. Why do they equate crying with the power of god. If you get into a child's mind and scare them enough of course they will cry. This looks like a cult for children. What is up with the big cut out of Pres. Bush and "speaking blessings" to it?

the part that I laughed at the most was when the leader of the evangelicals { Ted Haggerty} was talking. I guess the movie came out before he was found buying sex from male prostitutes and buying Meth from drug dealers.
rotflmfao.
Just thinking about it brings a tear to my eye.

I found the movie to be horrifying and enraging. It didn't make me feel like laughing. In fact, it made me cry. The abject terror those children must feel every day... afraid that Satan is creeping through the shadows, through their books, through their televisions, through practically anything and everything.

What a tortured existence.

It scared the hell out of me.

At first it seems funny, until you realize that these kids are growing up, and then compare their upbringing to the upbringing of radical Muslims.

If this doctrine becomes popular in Christianity, the future is going to be incredibly violent.
