Typical Whitetail Bucks shed their antlers towards the end of February and the middle of March..A few might be a couple of weeks earlier or a few weeks later, but this is the NORM..

*They are NOT shedding their antlers now (Even in Texas).......

*If the ones you have found are "bleached" white..They are probably from last season. Ants will eat them for their Calcium content and they turn very white...

My Dear does not have any antlers, just a pretty face and shoulder length brown hair, she is a keeper for sure. Early spring for sheds.

Late winter to early spring.

anytime from November to April. i know a guy that wanted meat for the freezer and harvested an antlerless deer on the first day of rifle season (11/26 this past season in PA). it turned out to be a buck that already dropped it's rack. i know a couple of guys that saw more than one buck with a rack as late as april while they were out scouting for spring gobbler season.

but with the winter solstice now behind us, the increasing daylight should trigger the shedding process.

In the spring

do you mean shedding? it happens in the spring, between april and may. if you're wanting to find one, you probably wont though, because squirrels take them to chew on.
