I don't know about specific Mississippi laws, but in order to disown parents, you would need physical proof that they are chronically bad parents with undeniable evidence that they have been neglectful, physically or sexually abusive.
And I mean hard core evidence. CPS reports, hospital records (showing signs that you have been neglected or abused), your home is a gun and drug zone, etc.
Your parents' parenting is semi-abusive or you just don't get along with them, chances are you cannot disown your parents. More likely, the most the state will do is transfer you to another family member or a foster familly.

You can become emancipated from your parents, which means you would be considered an adult in the eyes of the law and no longer need parental permission for anything you want to do.

Unfortunately in Mississippi there is no Emancipation Stature

Mississippi

There is no emancipation status in this state

They do have a termination of parental rights stature though, but that has to be done through the child care systems for it, and your parents have to be proven unfit for it to happen.

you're an interest searching for person. Wait till you're particularly 18. you may start to think of in any different case. Why do you are going to be able to desire to disown them. Is there something you think of you have, that your father and mother covet from you? father and mother in basic terms supply, they by no skill ask something in return different than for some love and appreciate. in case you do unlike them, why take lots hardship thinking of this extraordinary question? You seem confident which you may pass out of your living house on the 1st available threat. Your activity gets completed.

from Child to Parent it is called Emancipation, not Disownment. And in most places I think it is 16. I think some states it is even 14.

You can emancipate yourself from your parents and make yourself legally an adult before you are 18, but I'm pretty sure that you have to have just cause or a pretty good reason for doing so in order for the courts to approve it.

You wait until you're an adult, and try to work things out. If all else fails, you break off communication. I highly doubt you are really to that point... take some time to read stories of kids living on the street and why they are there - then ask yourself again if it is really that bad.
