I recently asked.

What are some things you can put in Tacos.
Well,
For new years,
I'm making taco/burito things for my parents.
Its basically a taco,
In a burito shell.

I want to know some ideas of. . well some of the things we can put in it.

We dont like spice.
So, that kind of rules it out.
Plus? No hot saucces and stuff, Yeck.

:) Help me out?

My favorite is simply refried beans, ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, shredded cheese, and picante sauce.

I also like a burrito thing I found on the internet. It's not Mexican by any means, but it is pretty good!
Felmer Udd's Burrito
3 cups mashed potatoes
3 cups cooked mixed vegetables (your choice; use either frozen or leftover)
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup roasted garlic sauce
6 (10 inch) whole wheat tortillas or 6 burrito size spelt tortillas
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
salt
fresh ground black pepper
lemon wedges
--All measurements are estimated. Prepare the garlic sauce. Thicken the sauce by removing 1/4 cup of sauce into a small bowl, adding 1/2 tablespoon of white flour, whisk, and return to pot and whisk well to break up any lumps. With immersion blender, puree sauce until smooth. Heat up the mashed potatoes and vegetables separately until warm. Divide the mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a few drizzles of lemon juice. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the garlic sauce on each burrito. Lastly, garnish with cheese and cilantro. Roll up burrito style. To do this, begin by rolling up the tortilla 1/4 of the way, stop, fold in the sides and roll up to the end. Serve seam down.

Hope these work!

refried beans, rice, eggs, cheese, meat, avocado, salsa, etc etc--
but here is my favorite:

Fabulous Wet Burritos
Very easy, yet very good wet burritos. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

PREP TIME 15 Min
COOK TIME 30 Min
READY IN 45 Min

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (4.5 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
6 (12 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions

DIRECTIONS
Crumble ground beef into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Add onion, and cook until translucent. Drain grease, and season with garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in the green chilies and refried beans until well blended. Turn off heat, but keep warm.
In a saucepan, combine the chili without beans, tomato soup and enchilada sauce. Mix well, and cook over medium heat until heated through. Turn off heat and keep warm.
Place a warmed tortilla on a plate, and spoon a generous 1/2 cup of the ground beef mixture onto the center. Top with lettuce and tomato to your liking. Roll up tortilla over the filling. Spoon a generous amount of the sauce over the top, and sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, mild salsa, ground beef, chicken, green/red/yellow peppers, cheese, potatoes, sour cream. (probably not all at once, though. Pick what you like.) Or you could make bacon, egg, cheese breakfast burritos. Chives also add an awesome flavor to burrito-type foods without being spicy.
