You already have a word-for-word translation with Manuel, I'm just going to add to what Beardo asked: yes, it should be "je t'aime"..
"Vous" is more formal, like "lei" and "loro" in Italian. (except "vous" can be both plural or singular formal)
Normally, you say "je t'aime" (the t' is short for "te", which is the informal version. As a subject it is the same as Italian: tu.) We assume that if you know someone well enough to love them, you know them well enough to "tutoyer" (use 'tu' form)! :)
