It may be for you. I was in that size in 8th grade- now I was a little overweight, but not a lot. It sure didn't come from my mom, but there are "busty" women on my father's side of the family so that's probably where I got it from. For awhile- I was even 34F.

The good part of that is many people pay good money to be that size and you are already! If you have a trim figure to boot- wowee! But, the negative part of that is- being busty is hard on the back and uncomfortable when you exercise. I'm only 26 and have back pains from it already.

Key to being comfortable with this is to wear a good quality supportive bra. This will minimize back discomfort later on and also the "sag" that gravity will give you in time.

For now- I would just enjoy your assets. One thing you might look into is reducing hormones in your food- some people believe this can lead to premature and over-breast development (as well as cancer later on). Whether or not that is well supported by science I can't say (something to research?). Common sources would be dairy products and meat. I've heard this is supposed to be reduced or removed, but not sure if that was locally or nationally and whether or not that has taken effect.

If worried- buy hormone free meats and dairy products, but beyond that I think you're fine.

Happy New Year!

Everyone is different it may be normal for your body type.

Allthough they may start causing some issues for you later. I have had a couple friends that had to get reductions due to back issues. Seriously.

But other than that...as long as you are healthy and not overweight be happy.

But if the large breasts are caused by being overweight you may want to start focusing on your health.
If weight is an issue then just hit the gym. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat good. Also cut down on portion size.

If you incorporate cardio and muscle toning into your work out it should help the large breast issue. It will tighten everything up too so that hopefully you wont have the back issues later.

Hope this didnt offend you. I just want to be helpful....good luck.

Be happy you have some curves! :)

there is no normal
one of my friends has the same size as you
so don't worry
unless your back is starting to hurt. then that can cause very very serious problems for your body. get breast reduction if that happens.

my neice has the same problem. Go to a good store that will fit you properly, so they will hold up longer and keep your back from hurting.
