As long as I wasn't married and wasn't friends with the guy, yeah. I wouldn't get too serious with her, though, as she's a known cheater.

Only if her husband and my wife were cool with it. Nothing wrong with it if all involved parties are fully informed and consenting, but cheating is a really bad idea. Aside from the fact that you'd be part of the process of someone breaking her vows, the consequences can be dire if (when) you get caught.
