i was wondering if i only need the yolk, what can i use the whites for, and if i only need the white part what can i make out of the yolk. because i don't want to waste any of the egg, i want to be able to use all of it.

Save and Freeze egg yolks and/ or use as you go as ingredient in: hollandaise sauce, lemon pie filling, custard, omelet, cookies, crepes, puddings, fry or poach it and use for egg sandwich or filler when making egg and potatoe salad.
Egg Whites: meringue, (use mixer on high and whip egg white with sugar and vanilla or almond flavoring: my
Gram used to add coconut and drop on a cookie sheet and make "coconut meringues" Yum.
Egg whites: a glossy wash for breads, buns and pies brush on before baking. Pancakes. Angel food cake. People have used egg whites to repair broken china or ceramic.
I'm out of ideas, but you can freeze them and thaw safely for combined use, or individual... happy creating!

The whites can be a wonderful meringue. Like for topping on a pie. And the yolkes?? uh you could get more eggs and make develed eggs out of them.

I use the yolks for egg washing breads. Gives it a nice golden brown top when you bake it.. egg whites I make egg white omelette's out of.

If you are left with bunch of whites, do a merengue, or souffle,
if you have bunch of yolks-
On top of steamy rice, put egg yolk (raw) cover with steamy rice to "cook" a bit, then drizzle soy sauce, and some cheese to melt over

egg white can be whipped into fluffy peaks, which is good for meringues (add cream of tartar to help hold the fluffiness. As for the yolk, this is where the cholesterol is. To use it, include it in a milk shake or bowl of oatmeal or grits. Or, cook it and eat it. (hey, its good for french toast batter also, just add more milk)

well for food you can use the whites left over for a merang (i dont kno how to spell it) u kno beat the whites then put sum sugar, and use it as a kind of dresssing(sweet), and if the yolk is left over , did u know eggs are good conditioners, for hair, its very healthy, or u can just cook it....hope that helped

you can use the egg yolk for omelets,western
you can make meringue with white or use it as extra glue on a stamp. you can also just cook either and eat them.

egg yolks are used as a setting/thickening agent in sauces or mayo. egg whites are a fat and cholesterol free alternative when making omelets.

Might sound funny, but you can use the egg whites mixed with oatmeal and use it as a face pack :-) It really helps in cooling down shave burns and freshens up your face. You can store the egg whites in refrigerator.

I hate wasting the egg too! Omelets are always a good use! If you have whites left, you can make egg drop soup! Yum... Happy cooking!
