So i was in a relationship with my ex bf for 2 years and i thought i really loved him, well when i went to college in August, he was starting his senior year in high school. i had to move like an hour and a half of way to go to school. as soon as i left i found out that he had been lying to me about everything the whole time we were dating, and some nights that he would tell me he was too tired to hang out, he would actually be with his friends smoking weed and talking to others girl. well before i broke up withhim i met this guy at school who went to college with me and hes amazing and so nice and so sweet, so now that me and my bf have broken up we have been spending al ot of time together, and we have messed around and had sex and this has been going on for 2 months and he told me that he likes me alot but has never asked me to be his gf, why? do you think for him its more of jjust a hook up thing or what?

I do believe, once high school is over the term "will you go out with me" sort of disappears. It sounds like you guys are casually dating. If you are concerned, you should ask him. Is there another girl or is it just you? If it is just you and him.. definetly dating.

If his feelings were more he would be eager to let you know. Then again, since it seem to have not been made clear before you had sex, maybe he is not sure of your intentions as well. My advice is that the two of you have a meeting of the minds and openly discuss your objectives. This conversation will determine where you go from there.

hooking up is never good. It gives the men all the benefits but none of the responsibility. You seem like you're free with your body so don't expect anything. Be more selective, make men do more work, pick u up for a date, take you out for entertainment, They like 2 things, sex and food. One of them should be earned.

If you want a relationship, tell him. Some guys at your age believe that girls only want to just "hook up"...or he might be one that wants just that. Be open...ask...but, don't accuse him...just ask if you can be more. The answer from him will speak volumes.

Well heck, if he actually said "I like you" & you're having sex you sound like one of his girlfreinds, so do you actually need to hear him say "YOU ARE MY GF"? His behavior matters, not what he says. Does he do anything else for you? Does he show any other interest in you? If you don't call him, does he call you, and not for more sex?

most guys don't really ASK for you to be their gf, it's sorta a no-brainer. i mean, if u sleep with him u'd better be in somewhat of a relationship. it depends on how he looks at you and what you can talk about. like, not just really shallow stuff but real life issues and talk freely about your feelings.

not anymore like while i replaced into youthful and had merely heard that concept. WELL I BEEN WITH MY PARTNER NEARLY SEVEN YEARS NOW AND HE NEVER ASKED ME TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND. AFTER LIVING TOGETHER FOR 6 YEARS I KINDA ASSUMED IT. IF YOUR HAVING FUN AND IT FEELS GOOD JUST GO WITH IT. HE PROBABLY DOESNT THINK HE NEEDS TO ASK AS ITS OBVIOUS TO HIM THAT YOU ARE TOGETHER.
