Yes, with EasyJet. I can tell you that there is nothing easy about EasyJet.
I booked my ticket online. There it was written that I should write my name exactly like it is written on my passport. So I did, but their website apparently couldn't handle my unusual name, so when I got my tickets a part of my name was missing. I needed to have that corrected, but I couldn't find a way to contact them through the website and I needed to contact them fast, since my flight was just a couple of days away.
I finally decided to call them. On their website they list which phone numbers to use for each country. I phoned the international number listed for the country I was in. There I ended up listening to some answering machine directing me in circles. After going through several steps of "choose 3 for..." the damn machine told me to call another number, which can only be reached from the UK. So that was useless for me. I tried again and again, using different options. Finally I chose some completely different "reason for calling" than I really had and finally got contact with an actual human being, who quickly corrected my ticket, but it took me an hour to get through their phone system to talk to that person.
Then at London airport I had some extra luggage that I had been expecting to have to pay extra for. The EasyJet website listed some currencies which they accept at the airport, but when I was going to pay with one of those foreign currencies their staff refused to take anything else than British Pounds or a credit card and they were quite rude. Since I had no British Pounds on me, I wanted to pay with my credit card. Their credit card machine didn't work, there always came some error. So I had to go to an exchange office at the airport, where they took an outrageously high fee for exchanging euros into those few pounds that I needed. The fee was higher than the actual amount I was exchanging. Had EasyJet at least not written that they accept different currencies I would have exchanged money somewhere else in advance.
Finally I could pay for that extra luggage and move on with my trip. To top everything my flight had a delay of 3 hours.
Guess what? I will never fly with EasyJet again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Yes, the airline AA was my worst experience, they lost my luggage (along with many others who were standing in line to fill out some papers) didn't return it until a couple days later, after having my husband cuss them out over the phone. And then opening the luggage, it had been sifted through and my son's 18 month 80$ suit was stolen (probably because it looked a little pricey but was still in its shopping bag). They never replaced it. Just bad luck there. But the next couple days going up to the airport to see if they had returned my luggage, i talked to a couple of people working with another airline company and they actually started complaining that the airline looses luggage too frequently and then pushes the bags onto them (hawaiian airlines or aloha). I know now to never use that airline ever again.

The last time I few was pre-9/11, and to The Netherlands on KLM. While a bit harrowing for me, as it was my first overseas travel, the service and personnel were just great.
As for "SkyService," if your experiences were at all typical, they will not remain successful for long.... that is the law of the marketplace. Then, again, the government sometimes has a way of screwing up the "REAL" marketplace... and the airline industry happens to be one of those markets.
Have a polite day.

We had a horrible experience with Northwest Airlines in 2005. We were flying to Puerto Rico for Christmas and when we got to the airport in MN, they didn't have our reservation in their computer, even though we paid a ton of money for the tickets. And to top it all off, the lady was so incredibly rude to us, it was insane. And then on the way home, they didn't give me all the boarding passes I needed, and we have to purchase another ticket in order for me to get home. It was ridiculous! The good thing though was that the vacation made it all worth it.

yes I had an extremely bad experience a few years back with Allegiant. We were late for our flight. We showed up 18 minutes early instead of 30 minutes early. They wouldn't let us on the plane. Fine whatever we were late. However they didn't have another flighto out for 2 DAYS!!!! they wouldn't move us to another airline or anything. We had to find another room at a different hotel and stay for two more days!

Yes. British Airways.
I was young and the flight attendant was picking up trash. He missed me and I said, "Excuse me. I have some trash here." He (somehow) took that the wrong way or SOMETHING and told me not to speak like that to him again. He gave me some attitude... to just a child.......
My parents wrote an angry letter to the company and we got a free model airplane....... yay? Atleast he has a bad mark on his record forever now.
