Well, it depends on your intentions...Because you told him that you like him, so I'm guessing that now he IS thinking that you want him as a boyfriend, but I'll tell you about a situation I'm in right now...

I have a major crush on a guy that I work with. We talk a lot a work, hang around each other (but never outside of work). I will admit that I am attracted to him, but I would NEVER tell him that. However, he probably knows becuase I smile and act goofy when I see him (go figure). I suspect that there is a growing attraction for me also, but because of various conditions, it is a relatioship that would never work. So I'm content with just being cool and talking at work. But, I guess it just depends on the situation.

I guess it means you are interested in him or find him attractive. Either way, if he likes you he will most likely get the confidence to ask you out (because he must assume that you would say yes). It depends on the guy though. Maybe he wants to get to know you better first. Or maybe he just doesn't like you in that way. In a way, it's out of your hands now though. So good luck and hope for the best.

Just because you tell somebody you like them doesn't necessarily mean that you want to go out with them. Sometimes two people like each other intimately, and they still don't go out. Here's what's probably going through his head: Do I like her like that? If I do, should I tell her? What would that lead to? Does she really like me, or is she just pretending? Should I act cool around her, or make a big deal about it?
One he answers those questions, everything will work out... but one thing i highly recommend not to do: play it off like it was a joke. One time my friend did that because she really really thought that the guy she liked was grossed out by her, so she played it and pretended like it was a joke. Turns out he liked her. Now he thinks, to this day, that it was a joke.

Well, if you're in the first grade then yes, like can mean that. If he's confused, then inform him that either you only like him as a friend or that you think he's hawt. Be specific with the guy!!!!

Telling someone you like them does not mean you want to be in a serious relationship with them. However, depending on his own experiences and desires, he may interpret your words to mean any number of things. Be clear with him but don't feel obligated to be in a relationship you don't necessarily want.

when you say you like him youre saying youre interested. and that you want to see if it can be more. first you date, and then you get into a relationship. so you can date multiple people, but not have a relationship with multiple people

i could say that ninety 9% of the blokes could take it to recommend you go with to this factor. If the sentiments are mutual the reaction could generally be on the spot. If his reactions weren't that...and he has to think of roughly it, i could take it to recommend that his thoughts does no longer tournament yours.

Confused, is right! If YOU don't know what you mean by what you say, how is HE supposed to know? If you want to know what he is thinking, ask him!
