No. EVERY guy says that. In order to tell whether he meant it or not, you have to wait and see. Maybe he will, maybe he won't. I'm not trying to disappoint you....but that's just the way it is.

It's hard to say without more information. If he follows through and calls you like he said he would, though, that would seem to be a good sign.
Remember in all your relationship questions that men think, feel and act differently than women. The idiots who claim that the only difference between men and women are plumbing fixtures, well, he/she/they are exactly that, idiots. For example, if you expect that man to show he likes you in the same way you'd show him, you may have a long, long wait ahead of you. Doesn't mean he doesn't like you, just means he has a different way of showing it.
