I have a great idea for a new food product, but I need some help in developing it. Where do I find someone to help me "create" a prototype?

food chemists can be found at large universities... ask for the Food Science Department.
Candy maker... probably harder to find as they are working for a candy co. most likely, and may steal your idea.

make sure you get ppl to sign a confidentiality agreement before you show them anything otherwise they will steal your idea.
