It freezes constantly !! It's so annoying !

besides the possibility of the lens needing to be hit with a spray from an air can to remove dust..
how is the ventilation? the ps2 has a computer in it, and in the back, there are vents for the fan that cools it off.
is it very dusty? is air able to move freely around the system?
i would take a guess that a combination of both is your problem

If you have a slim ps2, take the disk out and above the place holder theres a thing that slides.Slide it 3 or 4 times until it makes a sort of "ereerrp'noise then you'll be alright.Or it might just be that disk.

It could be the laser or your discs. Most likely it's the laser because they can go bad which would interfere with how well it reads the discs.
