What they all say?

What exactly do they mean when they say be confident? And they act like its something that you can just snap your fingers and bam you have tons of confidence. So, tell me how do you build this "confidence" that they say is the key to finding a woman, because this is getting pathetic I haven't been on a real date in nearly seven years (its kind of frustrating to tell you the truth). I am not one of these weirdos that scare women off nor am I hideous (average you could say). What should I do, where should I go, how should I act. Just someone tell me something useful.

There is an animal side in you. A teethy, visious, animalistic part that needs something to fight for. Give it something to fight for and you'll be confidence. Yea they expect you to sort of manuplate yourself thru the obsticules in a way that makes no sense. What it really amounts to, is that you get your animal side, behind you, you get it to feel good being you. Oooo its not an easy thing, it takes thought, planing, and understanding. But once you get your animal side to be all about you, and what your doing, instead of tuggin you back because it thinks your full of crap, it well pull you foward. But it startes by getting that anger, that disappointment, that drive behind you, not against you.....
