I got misplaced bags from Wal-Mart containing tons of these ingredients. I mean they are tons of'em!!! It's too late to go and return these and I do feel bad for the family, but now I need to figure out what to do with these... Could you help? Any ideas? Thanks!

There are several things you can do here:

1. Juice your limes and place the juice in freezer bags and freeze. You can also use ice cube trays for this and then add cubes to drinks etc.
2. Chop fresh tomatos and create a marinara sauce etc . with the cilantro for pasta etc.
3. Cilantro is a great herb to chop and top fish with or add to dips and sauces.
5. Chop tomatos and dehydrate, add to olive oil or create a wonderful salad of sliced mozarella, tomatos, fresh basil and olive oil.
6. Make tomato soup, garnish with sour cream and cilantro
7. Tomato juice for home made Bloody Mary's?

Good luck!

definitly go buy some onions(which are cheap)and some jalapeno s and make salsa if you dont like it hot take the seeds out of the chili s use three parts tomatoe two parts onion one part chili and a bunch of cilantro and squeeze the juice of a lime and add some salt and your done a food processor works great but if not then cut and add to a large bowl and crush with something like a sturdy cup turned upside down. push and turn at the same time and you will mush a great tasting salsa

Pico de Gallo
4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped (about 1 pound)
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
4 fresh jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
salt to taste

Mix tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeños and lime juice.
Add salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour,
and serve the same day made. Makes 2 to 2-1/2 cups.
Note: Be sure that all vegetables are finely chopped.

What do you mean by misplaced bags ( tons and tons) from Wal-Mart and the family you feel bad for???? Was that food that a family originally bought at Wal-Mart and you ...for what ever reason...ended up with those bags???? Well, if you don't want to feel bad about it, give the entire bags and products to a shelter so they can use it for a nice New Years dinner.

Ooh, make Key Lime pie... it's the best dessert in the world. And you can do all sorts of stuff with cilantro, tomatoes, etc. Just get creative.
