Does anyone know a racing school that provides a Racing Licence after graduating from the course?
I've seen many courses which last for a few days only but they do not state if a Licence will be given.

Depends upon what sanctioning body you desire the license with. Contact your local SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) chapter. They usually have a driver's course with certification available a couple times a year, depending on where you live.

There are a number of acredited schools (such as Russell, Barber, Boundurant, etc), but that is just the first part of the process. Following an application to the governing body (in the US, most likely either SCCA or NASA, both of whom recognize each other's licensing process), you receive a provisional license... which is then upgradd to a regular license after you've been observed by the race stewarts at an event and deemed to be safe.

If you have no experience driving at race tracks or engaging in such competition, it is unlikely you would be able to obtain a license without at least doing the kind of course mentioned above (and maybe more).

I know both Skip Barber and Bertil Roos Racing Schools can provide you with an SCCA license after you graduate their advanced schools.

There's the FRD Racing School in China. You can find out more by going here: www.FRDSports.com
