Let's see...men dominate everything. Running countries? Bush. Running a company? Trump. Running a house? The father (is expected).
Even the things women in general are good at, the best are men. Cooking? Wolfgang Puck. Designing clothes? Versace.
Even Tony Danza is taking over the day time talk shows!
Many feminists will tell you the only reason women have not taken control of these examples is because they've been "oppressed." Ha! If women are so smart, wouldn't they have found a way to take control? Yep. Have they? Nope.
Let's face it, God is a male.
Women are very, very important to society, but "It's a Man's World!" Women have problems because of themselves, and only themselves.

Depends. You can't really generalize. Men, generally, have bigger brains than women. However, women can use their entire brain simultaneously, while guys choose either one. If men could use both sides of their brain, women wouldn't stand a chance. Sadly, they don't. Men and women have a similar conditions in the workforce now. Women had to work twice as hard for the same amount of recognition before, but now status quo stuff allow a women of no experience to compete with highly competent men.

Well... "smarter" is a loaded word.
Women do have a thicker corpus collosum (connection between the two halves of the brain) and so can multi-task better and think about more than one thing at a time. I suppose that could be considered an advantage.

NOPE- they just use the other side of their brain.
Girls can use both hemisphere's of their brain, and at the same time.
AND (teeheehee) boys do not have enough oxygen to supply both heads at the same time. (so they struggle in front of sexy girls and stuff) LOL
