Get familiar with talking to your school counselors, tell them about your situation and ask them if there is any way they can set it up so someone in your family (u choose) that you can trust to take custody of you without such abusive treatment. Really the best thing you can do is talk to the police and most courts won't send a child to a place outside the family unless they felt that the rest of the family could be a possible threat to you physically. If your sister is older than 18 she is legally allowed to do so, but there wouldn't any sure way of taking proper care of you if she doesn't have a proper high school and college education. And I don't think you should go with her if she's as abusive as your parents are. Good luck with your decision and I'm sorry you have to go through that.

Call the police. If you have an older relative who is responsible you will probably be allowed to stay with them. Otherwise you'll be taken to a foster family where you can be cared for until a better resolution can be found. Whatever you do, don't stay and take the abuse. Your parents have no business hitting you.

Go to the police. It helps if you show them recent marks or bruises. If you sister is willing to take custody have her go too and ask what she can do for custody. Usually the state puts the child in the care of relatives, so theres a good chance you might get put with her as long as she has a safe and stable home.

I sincerely hope you are not lying about this. It could get you in a lot of trouble. It could get your family in trouble also & maybe go to jail.
If it is true, you need to get out of the house. Call the police & ask for help. You do not have to tolerate abuse from your family. You cannot get help unless you ask for it and you just did here on answers. RUN & don't stop until you are safe.
These are the family situations that someone ends up dead and you don't want that to happen. It needs to be STOPPED NOW.

Call the police!! They will remove you from the house and may take you to the police station so that you can call your sisiter to come pick you up. The police may bring a representative from your local Child Protection/ Protective Services Agency who will take custody of you until your sister can be contacted. You should try calling your sister first so that she can be there for you when the police come to the house. Then you can leave with her immediately.

You need to get help fast. Tell everyone that will listen. If you have a teacher that you are close with, tell them. It is not right for them to hit you like that. If it gets too bad, call the police. Ecspecially if there are marks. That will be your proof. Good luck to you!
