Ok I made a soup dish that had veggies and beef cubes that taste pretty good.. but the only thing was that beef was to hard and chewy. I boiled the meat cubes for 45 minutes but still hard... I dont have a pressure cooker pot.. so does any one know how to make the meat softer??

Sear in pan, then simmer in broth for 2-2½ hours. They'll be tender by then. Add veggies after majority of meat cooking has taken place so they dont' fall to mush.

Sear your meat first- give it a light coating of flour and hit it fast in a pan with high heat. this will help to 'seal' in the juices. And for heaven's sake, not 45 minutes!!! If you must boil, not more than 10 minutes, but you'd be much better off cooking it separately in the broiler/oven and adding to the dish later.

crock pot if possible, but u would have to separate the meat from the vegetables or the vegetables would get waaaay to done.
