i say yes because nightmares are things your brains makes up because of your past decisions so in a way you end up following them anyway so why get ahead start and unless it hurts you or others around you something positive and lifechanging in a good way could happen go right ahead thatt's how i got my best friend as my girlfriend and found out she was my my dreamgirl i was just to scared to relise it

No, because nightmares are based on fears and they enter your life through worries, fear, and anxieties. You don't want to follow fear dreams or you will live in fear and cause them to come to pass.
