So there's a God. 2d he's the writer and he does along with his creation as he sees greater healthy. If he did what we'd have enjoyed him to do and we've been given our way then he does no longer be God we'd.

There's not really a short answer to this question,, but The religious people of that time had become more about serving themselves rather than their people. The leadership of the temple had lost their way and were stealing, cheating etc.. they had lost their love for God and had made themselves important. Jesus called them a brood of vipers. And it was this same brood of vipers that planned his death. People that loved (or do love) God and Jesus do not need a religious organization to perfectly praise God and what He did for us through Jesus Christ.

because some religious and irreligious people are:
bigoted,
self-righteous,
arrogant,
swift to condemn others but not to assess themselves, their motives, actions and treatment of others
swift to defame,deny others the rights they claim for themselves and even kill others
manipulate religious texts and customs to gain dominion over others ,avoid service to thers and perhaps gain luxury and wealth
and knowingly cultivate ignorance by refusing to understand others and get real information about the positions of others

most still are today they use religion to make money, thats what they did then and today and di it the Lords name, its wrong.
