That's a tough one. I understand why people think they want their kids close in age but I don't think it works. My sister and I were only 2 years apart and still can't seem to get along. I waited 4 years between my daughters and don't regret it at all. The only down fall I can say is that at 4 my daughter was pretty self sufficient and then I had to " start over ".

that depends on u. some people say the closer they are the better my boys are 22 months apart and they have grown up playing together but also they fight like cats and dogs at times but thats boys for ya i guess. my last baby is about 4 1/2 yrs apart from my middle child and he just loves her to pieces and the 2 older brothers really help out alot with what they can do to help.

its personal choice, no right or wrong time.

my kids are 5 yrs apart and i love it. my brother had 3 kids in 4 years.

It is your choice. Some people like to have them back to back, my friend had 3 in 3 years. Mine are 3 years apart, my two girls, then I remarried and had a baby in May, he is 6 years younger than my youngest daughter.

id say 2-3 yrs apart if you want them to be buddy buddy
depending if the first is potty trained

I want to have 3 kids and the first about 5 yrs older. but we'll see how it all goes

I agree with earthman. 2 yrs apart is good spacing between them.
