If the world were to end, or the earth were to suddenly explode, what would happen to God? Would he lose his entire purpose?

But the earth could, in theory, never end. Because after the flood, God apologized and said he would never have that kind of death again.

There are the Mayan AND Egyptian calendars that are hundreds of years previous, yet the two mysteriously end on the comparable date...to boot as different different prophecies from different civilizations. you maximum probably comprehend that besides. Will the worldwide end then? it extremely is no longer impossible of direction, given Noah's Flood and the loss of life of the dinosaurs. on the minute i might say maximum no longer likely. despite the fact that, the worldwide has particularly degenerated right into a foul, hateful, spite-crammed place, with terrorism and aggression, offended and hatred, violence and homicide rife. there is not any question that the worldwide as all of us comprehend it has descended into chaos. climate exchange is crippling the planet previous restoration, morals and values have long gone out the window and that i purely won't be in a position to be certain a some time past now.. of direction that exchange into the area whilst God despatched Noah's flood, the worldwide had descended into chaos crammed with hate and no morals, they have been hardly any stable human beings left. So the worldwide has been abused and crushed, ruined by utilizing people, who themselves have ordinarily misplaced all love and appreciate. As for God saving us, confident, He has stated that he will return presently in the previous the top comes and rescue the few ultimate stable human beings, keep them, take them to heaven, and then cleanse the earth of all it extremely is impurities. Well, if god is what people say he is. Nothing would happen to him. I guess he could start over if he wanted to. Besides, if he was god, couldn't he prevent the world from exploding if he wanted to?

The earth in theory could end any day now, and will end one day. Comets, meteors, the sun going super nova,,,,,,,,,

God's existence or purpose is not dependent on any planet, or star, or anything else in His universe. Of course, nothing can happen to this planet unless He causes it or allows it. God is completely self-existent, He needs nothing nor anybody. He is the same God before He created the earth as He is now, in complete, sovereign control.

If the Earth were to explode, wouldn't that be part of His plan? They say everything happens for a reason. He'd probably start again out of boredom.

He'd probably start over, and I wouldn't blame him. Humanity is really screwed up, we destroy pretty much everything we touch (even the earth in which we live). We kill, we lie, we cheat, we steal, we create war, we're filled with hate, many of us live meaningless lives, we're rude to others, we don't appreciate what we have, I mean the list just goes on and on. I wouldn't blame him for wiping us out and creating something better.

no there is still an entire unfathomable huge universe beyond this tiny little earth. he would seize to exist in your imagination and religion would also seize to exist and since that is what most people base their idea of god, i suppose the god you created in your mind would seize to exist and lose the purpose you created for it since it was created only for your gratification.

if there is a god, he would just go on taking care of all the other civilizations that exist in the millions of galaxies thruout the universe, and i doubt anyone would miss us much.

Just this world, or all of existence? Are you implying that "God" is only in control of the earth and it's inhabitants?

God already has plans in place to make a new heaven and a new earth for those who love him. So, it would be of no relevance to God because he would make a new place for those who love him and resurrect them and place them on the New earth.

The world will end someday. And there will be a mighty battle. Heaven vs. Hell. And Heaven will win. And God will reign.
