Ahhhh...the world of pins. You need to pin-proof your hoime. Put the shoes away where she can't get at them. Then look around for anything else she might like to chew on. Pins are notorious for being curious and fearless, so she may just find something else to occupy her time. It is going to be up to you, unfortunately, to make sure she only gets the things you want her to have.
This is part of the pin personality.

every time she picks up a shoe to munch on, take it away from her and tell her "no" (some dogs dislike water and you can use the spray bottle instead) and give her her toy.

you just have to do this CONSTANTLY and maybe hide shoes when you aren't around so she doesn't have the opportunity.

i know petco/petsmart sells bitter apple spray that you could try putting on your shoes to deter her but some dogs like the taste of that.

I second the Bitter Apple spray. You can also make your own stuff with things like tabasco and cayene pepper. I've even used really hot habenero peppers and rubbed them on things the dogs chew. First time they got a bite of that, they never went back to it.

Have you ever given her an old shoe to chew? If so, she cannot tell the difference. Put all shoes away, Pets can't resist them. Buy her squeaky pet toys.
